About Amelia

I like to meet kids where they're at, understanding what things they're passionate about and create understanding. I enjoy babysitting as it allows parents to have well deserved time to themselves, whilst giving children the space to learn and grow in a safe environment. I have a college degree in English, and have previous babysitting experience. I as am also used to caring for younger cousins and family members. I have basic CPR and First Aid training. I enjoy working within the bounds parent's guidelines and rules, reinforcing the behavior taught at home. I enjoy the limitless possibilities and potential that children represent, and believe in starting them off with a solid foundation of respect for others, compassion, and creativity to reach their full potential.
