Having spent three fulfilling years in this field, I've witnessed firsthand the positive impact I can make in children's lives. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in transparency and open dialogue, ensuring that they're always informed about their child's well-being. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while prioritizing the child's best interests and following the parents' guidance. From outdoor adventures to educational games, I enjoy a variety of activities that foster children's physical, mental, and emotional growth. I'm fluent in both English and Sign Language (ASL), and I have a working knowledge of Spanish. I have some college education and am CPR and First Aid certified.
