About Amelia

As a caregiver with nine years of experience, I understand the importance of meeting a child's needs beyond the basic. Patience and creativity are two of my strong qualities, and I firmly believe that children thrive in a safe and loving environment. I am comfortable taking care of children of all ages, up to 11 years old, and can handle up to four kids at a time. I can provide regular updates to parents about their child's day, via their preferred method of communication, and follow the family's lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I love playing games with kids, whether it's their favorite game of the moment or one that I create to teach them something new. I have some college education and am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and only speak English. Creating those special bonds with children and seeing them thrive is what motivates me.
