Take care of daily needs like dressing, bathing, cleaning, meal prep, and, most importantly, staying on top of their meds. I have experience with wheelchair and bed transfers, Dementia/ Alzheimer's, and nonverbal with wound care. Being able to multitask, adapt quickly, and, overall, a willingness to get the job done are my best attributes!

Amelia is a very hard worker. She always shows up on time or lets me know ahead of time that she'd like an adjustment in her schedule. She is VERY dependable. Her job is not easy - my friend has an old dog who makes messes daily, and Amelia cleans up after her, takes her for walks, and gives both my friend AND the dog their medicines each day. I knew she had a good heart when she started working for my friend. I was more convinced when she talked us out of letting the dog be put to sleep. To us, she looked as if she was too ill to enjoy life. Amelia took a video on one of her walks, and showed us that she was trotting along and having a good time. I thanked her for telling us to not put her down. She said she loves the dog and the cats, and she didn't want the dog to miss out on having more of a good life. My friend really likes Amelia. She makes her a good lunch, keeps her and the house clean and shops, too. I highly recommend her. I wish we could pay her what she deserves.
