She knows how to adapt to different households. Such as: food diets, am/pm sleep schedules, cleanliness, and pets. While I used her services she was able to potty train and transitions from bottle feedings into stage 2 foods. She is very respectful when it comes to our religion. Another really great thing about Ms. W. is she is accommodating. For example, when I needed to stay later for school or work she immediately took initiation and offered to take care of our son longer.
