Amber was amazing with my 4-5-month-old baby boy. She was super communicative and attentive, which made him laugh, smile, and interact with her wonderfully. I truly appreciated how she didn’t approach his care as just a set of routine tasks (feeding, diaper changes, and sleeping); she engaged with him in a loving and personalized way. I assume she would be perfect with toddlers because of her excellent communication skills, as well as her fun and friendly personality. For newborns, she might benefit from a bit more experience to fully adapt, but once she gets to know them, she handles them well.
