Proof of Covid Vaccine available. Employment Background: Over 10 years experience as a self-employed caregiver before I joined the health insurance world. I work at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska for 7 years in Marketing. I left insurance, traveled, and volunteered with US Forestry and Sierra club. I re-entered the corporate world and currently work in HR for CHI Health at St. Francis hospital. I conduct new employee orientations at the hospital and drive employee engagement. As a caregiver, I strongly believe it's important to provide people a sense of purpose, maintain positive self-esteem, and ensure an environment of independence yet the safety and help someone needs. Sadly, I let my CNA about 6 years ago due to time limitations. I can provide references from families I helped over 10 years ago.
