About Amber

I'm an experienced caregiver, tutor, and substitute teacher with a passion for helping children reach their full potential. My 10+ years of experience has taught me how to care for children of all ages, from toddlers to pre-teens, and I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and nurturing environment. I also used to work as a registered behavior technician working one on one with children with Autism. I have a college degree, and I've taken coursework in Early Childhood Education. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly, and I love playing with children. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I'm also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, crafts, and swimming supervision. I communicate regularly with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise, using their preferred method of communication.
