I am 23 years old, and my experience with elderly is quite unlimited discarding not having a degree. My grandfather passed away last March due to cancer and a deal of other health issues as well. I took on the role as caretaker for a good 6 months prior to his passing. I organized medicine (with labels and pictures), administered medicine, changed diapers, bathed, laundered bed linens/towels, dressed, as well as cooked and cleaned. Before he was too unwell to leave the house, we went shopping together as well as partook in many activities. I'd be happy to care the same way for your loved one.
