I have a masters degree, so I'm a fast learner, hard worker, and a good communicator. I have worked several years directly with individuals with extensive physical and/or mental disability. I am proficient in hoyer lifts, power wheelchairs, toileting including enemas, all ADLs, assistance with appointments and organizing. I also have 1 year experience caring for an autistic toddler, including being part of a behavioral treatment plan. I like to be busy, so housekeeping is a plus for me.

I hired Amber through care.com. She has done a great job with me, as I require hands-on care and she has been able to accommodate my needs. I am a quadriplegic a lot of needs. She is organized, conscientious, and she has great skills and doing range of motion and various stretching exercises. I would highly recommend her.
