Hi! My name is Amber and I am currently a child and adolescent behavioral clinician in Rochelle. I am changing from full time to part time as I get ready to start my doctorate studies as an Occupational Therapist at UIC this fall. Because of this change, I am looking for some work, and that's why I'm here! I graduated from Bethel University in 2022 with degrees in psychology and neuroscience. I have worked with kids almost entirely since then, promoting (through therapeutic interventions) emotional regulation, coping skills, curiosity, and kindness! My caseload includes ages 3-22, and diagnosis including mental health disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, working with family or sibling units to promote harmony, and more. In my free time, I love playing with my animals, visiting friends and family, being outside, baking, and working out. I'd love yo talk more if you think I may be a good fit for your family needs!
