About Amber

For the last 5 years, I have worked at Bent County Healthcare Center -Nursing Home, specializing in Environmental Services. I worked for and with seniors with Alzheimer's and Dementia. I cleaned their rooms for them and assisted them with their room requests. I enjoyed their wisdom and their stories. I pushed them in their wheelchairs to and from the dining room during and after mealtimes. I visited and spent time with them when no one else would. I worked on the safety and cleanliness of their rooms and environment while being of in their company.
