Hello! My name is Amber and I just started my 4th year of college at UC Riverside. My two areas of study are psychology and education. My passion for working with kids has motivated me to pursue teaching as my career path. I genuinely love working with all kids! I believe learning is bidirectional, I learn from my students just as much as they learn from me. Since high school, I have been a tutor, babysitter, educational aid for students with special needs, and a learning pod instructor. I have also worked at an indoor learning environment, kiddos 101, for children under 6. I have babysat children between the ages of 2 - 12. I have tutored elementary, middle school, and high school students. Last summer, I participated in an internship in Hawaii, in which I was a student teacher for an 8th-grade math class.
