I'm looking for anything near Plymouth, possibly drive up to a miles, will work PT or FT (ideally btw 20-60hrs/week), pay to be discussed later during interview process. I began babysitting at 12yo for many families in my neighborhood & continued into my college years. (I was a nanny when I lived out of state while in college) I believe in helping children reach their developmental milestones. I use a 50/50 approach of hands on/interacting & letting the child play independently while I am near by. I ask many questions (especially in the beginning) ensuring I have clear, concise, exact information & instruction. I know adjusting to a new person is an experience w/some speed bumps, however, everyone working together in understanding, honest communication, and patience allows for smooth transition.
