I have always been interested in working with children and I have declared my major in early childhood education at Towson University . Having the opportunity to work for you would be a great experience for me and will strengthen my passion for teaching young children. I took the class child development at Damascus High school for 2 years and I really enjoyed teaching and helping the kids. I have experience with nannying a 10-year-old and a 5-year-old which involved me helping them with their homework, getting them off the bus in the afternoon, keeping them on task, feeding them and swimming with them in their pool for safety. I have also babysit a 1-year-old last summer and over winter break, I would change diapers, feed the child and keep him safe and entertained. Amber watched our son (1 year old at the time) last summer and quickly became well loved by our family. She was attentive, hands on and genuinely cared about his well being and helping him develop and grow. Our family was going through a big transition at the time having just moved to a new town and Amber was flexible and supportive through that journey. It was a huge relief to know our son was in such good hands when we had so much else on our plates. You can tell she loves kids and she also has a great sense of humor. When she has to go back to school we were sad to see her go.
