This was a wonderful learning experience that I very much enjoyed and fully participated in daily. Although I didn't follow that career path through my parenting days, now that my children are grown, my heart feels drawn to providing this nurturing care once more. I am very health conscious around diet and exercise with 10 years of experience as a mindfulness breath sound and movement couch. I recently cared for my ex-husbands aunt who is currently suffering from dementia. This reminded me of my love for this kind of work and I decided to make my heart and time available for you or your loved one's care.

Saphora provided around the clock care for me after I underwent heart surgery. She prepared delicious, healthy, home cooked meals, cleaned my home and assisted with all my daily tasks.
