My approach is fun, patient, and calm, always focused on creating a nurturing and supportive environment for both kids and parents. I love engaging in the activities your children enjoy, whether it's outdoor adventures, creative crafts, games, or homework help. I prioritize clear communication, ensuring everyone is in the loop. I've been babysitting since I was a preteen, now in my 30s I bring over two decades of experience, from babysitting to nannying. I've worked with the Department of Human Services and have a deep understanding of childhood development. I've also served as a teen mentor, educational tutor, and have created leadership training and curricula for teens. My schedule is flexible, and so am I! I'm happy to assist with household chores, transport to practices, or help build a positive routine.
