Amber has been our full-time nanny for the last half of a year-ish and we love her so much!! If my work situation wasn't changing we would absolutely hold onto her - she is a gem!! She has been incredibly intuitive with my boys (ages 2 and 6), always full of energy and so playful - she can turn anything into a fun game and they often ask where she is on the weekends and my 2 year old tells me he misses her frequently :) Amber is so flexible and helpful to me - she often flexes with schedule changes and last minute requests. She is always punctual and willing to go the extra mile to help out. As a working mom, that has been a lifesaver. I can't say enough great things about Amber - any family would be so lucky to have her. I'm happy to provide a more detailed reference as well.
