Hello! I'm a mother of two children, 4 and 7, and we're gearing up for an active summer. We're looking to add 1 more child to our daily adventures. General schedule: Morning: local park; outdoor activities that promote play and exploration. Later: head back to our apartment enriching activities, including baking, literacy and math games, independent play, board games, arts and crafts. Afternoon: we'll pick up my 7-year-old from summer school and have a picnic at the beach, park, water pad, or local museum. Late Afternoon: back at home for story time/quiet play. I need my 7-year-old to read out loud to me and can sit with each child who needs the same. Occasionally have popcorn and watch a movie and once a week we will go to the local library.
