This review is long overdue! Ambar has been helping us over the past year. She has a genuine and obvious love for little ones. And she is patient and knowledgeable, as well. She makes a point of speaking in Spanish to our little guy (at our request) and often multitasks (e.g. helping prep his dinner while he plays or tries to distract, toddler-style!). At times, she has done long shifts for us, at other times later shifts for us, all of which have been much appreciated. Her attention to detail comes in very handy, as she gives us insights into things she notices (e.g. if he seems to not like a particular food, if he didn’t eat much, if he was low energy or clingy). We can depend on her to energetically play with our toddler or just hold him for cuddles and story time. She would make a great addition to your team. In short, hire her!
