Hello! I'm a reliable, caring, eager young adult with three years of professional experience in childcare for all ages. In my spare time I like to work out, play sports outside with my family (as well as coach), learn new crafting hobbies, and find good coffee shops. I have always enjoyed being around kids and caring for them because it brings me joy and teaches me more than I have ever expected! My current job is as an Instruction Paraprofessional in a 2nd grade classroom for the State College Area School District. My skills include assisting children with educational goals, encouraging emotional and physical intelligence, and fostering an environment that promotes problem solving. One thing you should know about me is that I believe that consequences and discipline are still relevant and important in raising a child. A balance between patience and accountability is essential.
