About Amanda

I'd describe my personality as joyful, humorous, caring. I like working with kids because they are learning so much about the world and each day is always a chance for something wonderful. I'm looking to work with families that love to have fun, are consistent (routines), and who might need a date night or two! :) I started working with kids in 2016, and have worked with infants up to middle schoolers since. My preferred range is infant to 5 years old (these years are just so precious!), and am open to more ages. In my spare time, I like to go to the beach, walk my dog, find new small shops, early childhood learning, and watch movies and shows (I am very familiar with all of the Disney/Star Wars/Superhero characters). One thing you should know about me is that I come from a military family. It brought me to San Diego in 2016, and I have just loved it ever since. My skills include care (food, routines, changing, etc.), crafts (painting, drawing, etc.), and singing and dancing.
