Hello my name is Amanda! I am a passionate and caring caregiver with 5 years of experience in special needs care. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology with and emphasis on early childhood development. I have worked with children ranging in age from 2-7 years old. I have experience with children with ADHD, Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Some job requirements have included tube feeding, brushing protocol, administering medication, transportation to doctors appointments, at home cognitive and behavioral therapy, and general hygiene care. I care deeply to the welfare of all children and think they each deserve the same level of compassion and care. They deserve to have a fun and happy childhood regardless of their differences.
