About Amanda

I am a passionate and dedicated tutor with a diverse educational background and a strong commitment to helping students succeed. I started my studies in Family & Consumer Sciences at Immaculata University before earning an academic scholarship to Kutztown University, where I achieved National Honors. I know what it's like to struggle with math-I once did too, until a great teacher changed everything for me. That experience drives my patient, clear, and encouraging approach, especially when teaching algebra. My goal is to help students build confidence and truly understand the material, not just memorize it. With a background in piano, dance, and visual arts, I bring creativity and adaptability to my teaching. Inspired by Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, I see learning as a collaborative journey-as my students grow, I grow too.
