About Amanda

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, warm, understanding I like caring for seniors because I love to help others and make their days a little brighter. I started caring for seniors in 2012 when my grandparents began to decline due to their own health issues. In my spare time, I like to garden, paint, read, illustrate, go for walks in nature, cook, bake, spend time with loved ones. One thing you should know about me is I have been in both worlds of professional caregiver and family caregiver. Which not only allow a unique perspective of being a professional but allows for the compassionate humanization of each client. I am incredibly passionate about maintaining the dignity of each person throughout each stage of care. My skills include compassion, activities of daily living, effective and open communication.
