About Amanda

I have a little cousin who is now 9 years old. I have been babysitting her ever since she was a baby. She struggles with social interactions and school so when I am with her I make sure that she is comfortable and not anxious. I also am going to school to become a pediatric nurse. Last semester I got to go to many children hospitals and day cares for my clinical. While I was there I took care of many children of all ages. After that experience I knew I made the right choice in wanting to become a pediatric nurse. I love children so much and I love all the joy that they bring. I believe that they look up to us older people as role models and I want to be the best role model that I can. I love meeting new children and they truly do make me so happy.
