About Amanda

I was a Pre-k teacher for 2 years, a 1st and 3rd grade teacher for 3 years and a 6th and 7th grade English Language Arts teacher for another 3 years. In addition, I was an assistant principal for 8 years. I have a 5-year-old son and 3-year-old twin daughters. I have extensive experience working with children. I have my certification in General Education grades 1-6, Students with Disabilities Birth-2, and grades 1-6, School Building Leader and School District Leader certifications. I am fluent in Spanish. I have a clean driving record and have been CPR certified 3x in the past (last time was 3 years ago). I am a loving caretaker with a lot of patience. I love children. I am reliable, trustworthy, and punctual. This has been my career for 16 years and I wouldn't have it any other way. I prefer working with no more than 2 children. I am looking for part time babysitting. I am available to start on February 7th and I am available until June 27th with possibility of summer as well.
