About Amanda

I've always had a passion for helping others, which led me to work in healthcare for five years. Prior to that, I spent two years as a nanny for pediatric patients with special needs. I also volunteered as a hospice worker for over two years, caring for elderly patients and their families. My diverse experience in caregiving has prepared me well to provide exceptional care for your child. I'm a patient, calm, friendly, and responsible caregiver who is very comfortable enforcing household rules. I believe in clear and open communication with parents, so I will always keep you informed about your child's day and any issues that arise. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid, and have taken coursework in early child development. I am available to help with cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
