As a creative and friendly caregiver with four years of experience, I am passionate about supporting families and providing reliable childcare. My previous babysitting roles have inspired me to pursue a career in caregiving, allowing me to positively impact children's lives. I believe open communication is essential. That's why I provide written daily reports and engage in verbal communication during pickup. I also adapt to the parents' preferred communication method to ensure their comfort and convenience. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so. I believe consistency and structure are important for children's development. I am happy to work with parents to establish and maintain their household rules. My favorite games to play with children include outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles. I enjoy activities that encourage physical activity, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
