Hello! I have over 10 years of childcare experience. I have worked as Preschool teacher and I have completed my education and have a degree in psychology and a degree in child and adolescent development. I am a mother of a 6-year-old girl so I have first hand parenting experience. I have worked with a handful of children over the past 10 years from a variety of different ages ( newborn-12 years of age). I enjoy engaging children in hands on activities and play, and am very familiar with the Montessori approach. I have also worked in a child care facility at the Youth Program for over a year and enjoyed the experience with the wide age range of children at the center. We have hired Amanda to watch our two children (7 and 4 years old) on several occasions, and she has done a spectacular job! She has always been punctual, amazing with the children , and has gone above and beyond helping us around the house even after the children were put to bed (on date nights). We highly recommend her.
