About Amanda

As a friendly and patient childcare provider with five years of experience, I'm passionate about positively impacting children's lives and supporting families. My journey began as a swim instructor at the YMCA, where I discovered my love for working with children. I then became a gymnastics coach and oversaw a summer camp, further solidifying my desire to care for and educate young minds. My approach to caregiving involves regular updates to parents about their child's day and any issues that arise. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. To ensure the children's safety, I am First Aid and CPR trained. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and puzzles with children. I'm comfortable caring for three children at a time and have experience with various age groups, from toddlers to preteens.
