I provide skillful and attentive infant care, typically staying with families for 1-3yrs. I tend to work 3-5 days/week, one family at a time, with a set schedule. I work to center your baby's pace and preferences, building restful routines and learning opportunities in the home. I've worked for parents who work from home, and many who don't - great either way! I'm happy to help with light housework and take care of baby's laundry/spaces, and pet care is negotiable. I love being outdoors, I'm both friendly and introverty, and I've lived in Portland for years. I prefer not to use my 2-seater vehicle during work hours, but I'm happy to use your vehicle if needed. Over the years, I've found that structure helps when getting acquainted, so these days I usually request a two-week trial period before committing to a set schedule and use an informal contract that makes it easy for your family to communicate any expectations and changes.
