About Amanda

A devoted yogi for over two decades, I embarked on my transformative yoga journey during the quarantine, becoming a certified yoga instructor (200hr YTT) and discovering my true calling in teaching kids yoga since 2020. As a fully insured instructor, my commitment extends to nurturing young spirits in heart-centered classes that seamlessly intertwine yoga with nature. Beyond physical postures, my teachings instill positive mindset principles and the holistic yogic life. As a mother of two, my passion extends beyond the mat, imparting essential life tools to children and contributing to the community through active roles in local boards and PTA.
