Hello! I have been a full-time nanny for over 18 years and have a degree in early childhood. I love crafts, animals( though I am allergic to cats!), reading, games, and nature. I'm a big believer in learning through play and hands-on experiences. While I believe that kids should be kids, I also believe that they thrive with boundaries and routine. I would love to find a family who is happy with their child going on adventures to the library, zoo, farm, etc. I do have a 5-year-old son who is in all-day school. I'm looking for a family who would allow him to come to work with me during school breaks/summer. He's accompanied me to work his entire life and makes a great built-in playmate. I am open to full-time hours if I am able to pick my son up from school occasionally with the kids. Please message me if it sounds like we may be a fit.

Amanda has worked for us for 5 years, and we can't say enough wonderful things about her! I would never let her go, but our youngest will be in school full time starting in the fall, and so I can't afford to have a full-time caregiver anymore. She has become part of our family. In 5 years, she has never been late or missed a day of work. She has helped teach my children how to read and write, and has also shared with them her love of nature and animals. They go to the library every week, and she's constantly keeping an eye out for fun activities to do with them. She has taken all of her education in early childhood development and put it to use with our kids. She keeps them engaged and busy, and has definitely been our partner in helping to raise two pretty amazing little humans. Oh, and bonus...I have a house full of stunning photos of my kids that I will treasure forever. She is amazing with a camera! Our hearts are all broken that she has to move on, but we know that she will always be a part of our lives. Anyone would be lucky to have her!
