As a dedicated and experienced caregiver with over 15 years in childcare, I have a deep passion for nurturing children's growth and development. This amazing young lady grew up in a family who provided childcare for many children. I earned my degree in Early Childhood Development, and myself provided care for 12 children each day. From the time Amanda was a young teenager, through her high-school years, I employed her as an assistant childcare provider. She cared for ages six weeks to eight years old, part-time during the school year, and full time each summer. Amanda's responsibilities included meal preparations, sharing books and stories during circle time, creative and often messy art projects, outdoor activities, then properly cleaning up afterwards, with fun children songs! She was excellent at potty training, very patient. Watching her interact and laugh with the children was such a positive experience for all! The parents were very impressed with her, and thankful to have her in our program. Hands down, Amanda would be my first choice as a caregiver for my own children, and grandchildren. She is an example employee in every way, always a pleasure.
