About Amanda

I've had a lot of experience working with kids as a lifeguard and swim instructor, both for the city and at the United States Air Force Base. I've taught swim lessons, managed groups of up to six children, and made sure everyone stayed safe while having fun in the water. I'm also trained to provide first aid, so I've been able to step in and help when needed. These roles have really helped me develop patience and the ability to connect with kids of all ages and skill levels. In addition to my experience as a lifeguard and swim instructor, I also work as a tutor at a university, where I help students understand challenging concepts and build confidence in their studies. This has given me a strong foundation in guiding others through homework assignments and providing the support they need to succeed. I'd love to bring this same patience and encouragement to help your children with their schoolwork.
