About Amanda

My name is Amanda and I am offering childcare for one child between the ages of newborn and 3 years of age in addition to caring for my own child either in my home or in your home. I am 31 years old and I moved to Florida in 2018. I have 20 plus years of childcare experience as a baby sitter, a nanny and most recently as a mother. I enjoy photography, reading, baking/cooking, yoga, meditation and singing. As a mother to an active toddler we spend most of our days outside in our yard, at the park, or at the library. I am learning sign language, I am teaching my child as she grows and would happily teach your child as well if so desired! We are pet friendly, as we have two dogs of our own who would be secured in their own room if care were to be provided in my own home. I am a gentle parenting, breastfeeding, co-sleeping, Montessori style parent who practices a mixture of gentle and positive discipline with emotional coaching.
