I got started cleaning professionally in 2015, I worked my way to team lead and lead cleaner for business customers on the weekends. I take each job seriously so that I thoroughly get homes clean. I also understand the importance of using appropriate products for every delicate surface. I take extra care not to scratch, damage, or break surfaces, appliances, knickknacks etc. Security and safety are also an important quality when building trust with homeowners. I am also a firm believer of communication, most customers like receiving a quick text upon arrival and departure so they know when I am inside their home. As well as if I find any unforeseen emergency's, ex leaking pipes, cracked or busted windows, scratches on surfaces. I take pride in my work and if something is not up to par or something is forgotten or missed I want clients to feel comfortable with letting me know so I can make it right with them.
