About Amanda

I am a loving and nurturing childcare provider with over a decade of experience. I have a passion of working with special needs children and work with one family with two special needs children on late Friday evenings. I love to educate and teach children the importance of work around the house teaching them cleanliness, cleaning up after themselves, cooking and learning to feed them selves. I can help out with house hold chores as needed and have full availability at this time. The ideal family will be looking for a nanny that is energetic, does mind my creativity and youthfulness around their children. I am also a current student working to get licensed with youth counseling! I have references upon request!

We were so excited to have Amanda. We hired her after she met both of our children. She heavily sought us out and wanted to job. We were happy to have her! I checked in with her about the hours and pay, everything was great! The night before she was supposed to start, she text me to say she took another job that paid more and started sooner. She could have just spoken to me and been honest if she wanted to start sooner. I did not want to kick our current nanny out however would have gladly paid to have them work alongside each other. It was deceptive and unfortunately very unprofessional. It's my poor kids that suffer and people don't realize that until they are a parent one day. I am sorry to have to leave a bad review because I did really like her, but this action was nothing but deceit.
