About Amanda

Hi! My name is Amanda. I'm an interdisciplinary bilingual(Spanish) artist based in Ridgewood who is returning to school to pursue Social Work. I'm 30 years old and have lived in NYC for 10 years, in that time I've worked a broad range of jobs from retail to freelance photography to administration to childcare and early childhood education. Currently I am coming from spending the past +1 year working as an educator in a private preschool. I typically work alongside other educators with 12-15 children, some who have special needs and some who are still being potty trained. As an educator I value teachings based on principles of respect and responsibility through discovery and play! My schedule is flexible so I am happy to take on additional tasks such as errands, pet care, homework support. I am highly organized and patient individual. I love to cook and spend time outdoors.
