About Amanda

I'm a former bilingual elementary music teacher and middle school band director. My passion for fostering children's growth and development, coupled with my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, led me to this fulfilling career. I delight in playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor physical activities to board games and educational games that enhance their learning. I am also available for music lessons on any instrument at a beginner level! I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I follow their lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, understanding that each family has its own unique set of expectations. In addition to childcare, I am happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel.
