About Amanda

My passion for nurturing young minds led me to become a childcare provider. With 20 plus years of experience, I'm dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment where children thrive. My calm demeanor and patient nature help create an atmosphere conducive to growth and learning. I pride myself on open and respectful communication with parents. I love working with children, and seeing their faces light up as they learn and grow through childhood. I'm enthusiastic about playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical activities that promote healthy development. I have worked with children of all ages for over 20+ years, in a preschool setting, as well as a Montessori setting, I am currently a HeadStart teacher with a classroom of 3-5's. I received my degree in Early Childhood Education in the late 90's and I am CPR and First aid trained.
