Hello, I am Mandi. I have been helping families thrive for 20 years as a long-term nanny, live-in nanny, and trusted date-night babysitter. I am currently a stay-at-home-mom looking for some income as I further my education/ become an SLPA. I was a quiet, shy, child who wasn't heard often. I've spent 20 years listening to children and helping them flourish. I foster independence by balancing hands-on playtime with solo exploration (within earshot, of course.) I love setting up little curiosities around the home for kids to find and explore. It's amazing to see their gears turn. My son is a sillIy, happy, and friendly 2-year-old and I am hoping to find a family with another 2-4-year-old that needs a fun caregiver this summer (possibly longer if it works out well,) a few days/week. Semi-flexible. We love going on walks, parks, the zoo (we are members!) and are a cat-friendly home. If you think we could be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you. I am also looking for date-night sitting.

Mandi is one of the best sitters we've ever had. She truly cares about each child she watches and gives them her undivided attention. She knows how to make healthy meals and snacks, how to make learning activities fun, and is the best at field trips! Highly recommend!
