About Amanda

I'd describe my personality as kind, energetic and friendly. I like working with kids because I enjoyed raising my own boys and seeing the wonderful men they have become. I'm looking for a job that will be helpful for the parents looking for a little extra help with young kids because I remember how hard it is to find someone to care for my own kids when they were young. I started working with kids when I became an aunt for the first time at 10 years old. Since then I've been a babysitter, coach and mom. In my spare time, I like to bake, play my guitar, sing, and spend time with my family watching movies or playing games. One thing you should know about me is I am consistent and joyful everyday. My skills include being hands on, teaching through playing, and teaching people skills. I homeschooled my boys for just their early years of elementary school.
