I'd describe my personality as calm, nurturing and process driven. I like working with kids because I love to see them learn new skills and grown into their personalities. I'm looking to provide long term and committed care to families I started working with kids when I was a teenager in doing some date night babysitting. When I was a stay at home mother for my own kids I began my childcare service. Now that my kids are older and families have grown I'm looking for a new group of families to care for. In my spare time, I like to tend to my garden. I enjoy creating new (or just new to me) recipes and learning different techniques to preserving food. One thing you should know about me is I will always communicate timely, honestly and have respect for you and your family. My skills include establishing schedules/routines, sleep training and sensory skill development.

Ms Amanda is the absolute best! She is so caring and nurturing and we knew our child was in the best hands with her. She taught our child so much, fed him the best meals, and made sure his days were safe and full of fun. We received pictures and updates every day which was the cherry on top. Our family moved to a different state and the hardest part of our move was saying goodbye to Amanda - we couldn’t recommend her more, she’s the best!
