About Amanda

An RN for 16 years & moved to Key Largo about a year ago. I have spent most of my career in long-term care, hospice, and home care, with elderly, dementia, and psych patients. I am comfortable with medication & administration as well as feeding and general forms of monitoring. Wound care/dressing changes. During my time in home care, I became more aware of the additional need for help with everyday activities. I love working with these various types of people, as I feel they need and deserve much better care than they get in traditional settings. I would love to be able to offer my RN experience and knowledge in a more personal and compassionate way. I most recently took care of an elderly man at Ocean Reef Club until he passed. I am happy to do anything from a companion to lite housework, or errands, or actual 1:1. I look forward to meeting new people and helping the best I can. ANY QUESTIONS, please ask.
