I am a career nanny who is enrolled in online school - almost done with my AA in Science for Early Childhood education, currently at Purdue Global (4. 0 gpa) I have worked with all different types of children, but I do specialize in infants, toddlers, and premature babies. I am extremely outgoing and active. In my spare time I enjoy music, reading, sports, and studying different languages. I am currently learning Spanish and should be fluent in the next year. I am CPR certified - I have worked with premature high risk infants as a night nanny for newborn triplets! (09/10/20-10/25/22) I am currently a live-in nanny in Puerto Rico (2 years in October) it's been such an amazing experience I would love to have the opportunity to do it again with another family. We hired Amanda in 2020 to care for our 1 month old premature triplet girls. She took care of them through the night, doing pace feedings, changing them and monitoring them through sleep. Amanda was precise and adaptive, learning the routine and babies needs so quickly. She was ingenious and always came up with more efficient methods for their needs, she sleep trained them with the were 5 months old and transitioned to watching them during the day! Amanda created such a fun environment for the girls as they grew, always making healthy food, introducing new songs and concepts to them, always stimulating their brains and strengthening their bodies. Amanda became family and I truly couldn’t have done this without her.
