About Amanda

Hello! My name is Amanda :) I am graduating from SUNY Plattsburgh with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing this May 2025. This summer I am looking to help families before starting my nursing career. In my experience, I have worked at a local daycare, an assisted living facility, and most recently I was a nurse technician on a mother-baby unit. I am BLS certified and NRP certified. In my time at SUNY Plattsburgh, I played on the women's soccer team and was named captain my senior year, I am the president and national representative for our Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and the vice president for our campus' Morgan's Message club. To describe myself, I can say that I am outgoing, active, encouraging, reliable, and confident. I am willing to help around the house, facilitate errands, and assist with driving arrangements. If given the opportunity to help with your family, I will provide safe and comforting care while having fun.
