About Amanda

Hello, I ran an in-home daycare for 7 years in order to be home with my two daughters. One of my daughters is on the autism spectrum, and she has reached adulthood now. Therefore, she no longer needs as much support. I'm now looking to start caring for children outside of my home, giving both of her myself the opportunity for some independence. I love staying busy and being active and am always up for a challenge. I will always follow the parents' lead with preferred forms of communication and household rules and do not have a problem enforcing them. I am CPR and first aid certified and love the natural curiosity of a child's mind. I also enjoy working with children of all ages and love watching their different personalities developing.
