About Amanda

I'm a creative and imaginative childcare provider with a passion for helping children learn and develop. I have four years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. My experience includes working in a daycare setting, as a nanny, and as a babysitter. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at a time and am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I believe that every child is unique and deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can feel comfortable exploring their interests and learning new things. I also believe that it's important to communicate regularly with parents about their child's day, and I'm happy to do so verbally at pickup. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, and I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, physical games, and educational games that promote learning.
